Each 90-minute session is tailored to your unique needs and guided by the proven Vision to Voice framework. You'll clarify your voice and strengths using StrengthsFinder and Human Design, overcome fears that hold you back, and build confidence in both speaking and leadership.
Together, we’ll craft a customized communication plan to grow your visibility and impact, and you’ll walk away with practical tools and actionable strategies you can use right away.

Know Thyself & Clarify Your Message
We begin with the foundation: you.
Pre-Work: Before we meet, you’ll complete your StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment and receive your Human Design chart so we can hit the ground running with personalized insights.
In Session: We’ll decode your unique blueprint and begin to shape your message from the inside out.
- Explore your StrengthsFinder results and Human Design — uncover the patterns that reveal how you best lead, connect, and create.
- Discover your unique voice and presence: what makes you magnetic, memorable, and impactful.
- Dive into your core values and clarify what truly drives your mission.
- Craft meaningful Vision & Mission statements that reflect your truth and inspire aligned action.

Build Confidence & Expand Your Reach
This session is all about embodiment and connection. You’ve got the message — now let’s help you live it out loud.
In Session: We’ll address the internal and external barriers to speaking up and being seen — and give you the tools to move through them with confidence and grace.
- Nervous System Mastery: Identify mindset blocks and physical patterns of self-doubt. Learn real-world strategies to regulate your body, calm your nerves, and build a sustainable speaking practice.
- Strategic Networking: Map out your current network and identify who to nurture.
- Audience Alignment: Pinpoint your ideal audience and where they naturally gather — online and in-person.
